Trademark Guidelines

Meta Bliss Group B.V. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), Registration No. 159718, with its registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curacao, owns and operates the Blizz Markets platform (the "Platform"). These Trademark Guidelines outline the rules governing the use of the Blizz Markets name, logo, and other trademarks, as well as the treatment of third-party trademarks on the Platform.
1. Guidelines
The Blizz Markets name, logo, visual identity, and related branding elements (collectively, the "Blizz Marks") are trademarks or registered trademarks of Meta Bliss Group B.V. or its affiliates. These guidelines apply to all Users of the Platform and any third parties who reference the Blizz Marks.
The following general principles apply to the use of the Blizz Marks:
- Do not use the Blizz Marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the Company without prior written consent;
- Do not modify, distort, or alter the Blizz Marks in any way;
- Do not use the Blizz Marks as part of your own product name, service name, company name, domain name, or social media handle;
- Do not use the Blizz Marks in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Always use the Blizz Marks in their correct form and with appropriate trademark attribution.
2. Token Names and Symbols
Users who create tokens on the Platform through the token launchpad feature are responsible for ensuring that the names, symbols, images, and descriptions of their tokens do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Specifically, Users must not:
- Use the name, logo, or trademark of any third party (including brands, companies, celebrities, public figures, or other entities) as the name, symbol, or image of a token without authorization from the rights holder;
- Create tokens that impersonate or falsely suggest an association with any third party;
- Use the Blizz Marks (including "Blizz," "Blizz Markets," the Blizz logo, or any confusingly similar marks) in token names, symbols, or descriptions without prior written consent from the Company;
- Create tokens that infringe copyrights, including the use of copyrighted images, artwork, or other creative works without authorization.
The Company reserves the right to delist, hide, or flag any token that violates these guidelines, without prior notice.
3. Permitted Uses
The following uses of the Blizz Marks are generally permitted without prior written consent, provided they comply with these guidelines:
- Factual references: You may use the Blizz Marks to truthfully and accurately refer to the Platform or the Company in editorial, news, or informational content (e.g., "Trading on Blizz Markets," "A review of Blizz Markets");
- Linking: You may use the Blizz Marks to link to the Platform, provided the link is not misleading and does not suggest endorsement;
- Community content: You may use the Blizz Marks in community-created content (e.g., tutorials, reviews, fan art) provided it is clear that the content is not official and is not endorsed by the Company;
- Integrations: Developers may reference the Blizz Marks in documentation and interfaces for third-party applications that integrate with the Platform, provided such use is accurate and not misleading.

4. Reporting Trademark Infringement
If you believe that a token, market, or other content on the Platform infringes upon your trademark rights, you may report it to us by providing the following information:
- Your full name and contact information;
- A description of the trademark you claim is being infringed, including the registration number (if applicable) and the jurisdiction of registration;
- Identification of the content on the Platform that you claim is infringing (e.g., token name, symbol, contract address, market URL);
- A description of how the content infringes your trademark rights;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of your trademark is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.

5. Response to Reports
Upon receipt of a trademark infringement report, the Company will:
- Review the report for completeness and merit;
- Investigate the alleged infringement;
- If the report is substantiated, take appropriate action, which may include delisting, hiding, or flagging the infringing content, or adding a disclaimer;
- Notify the User who created the reported content and provide an opportunity to respond;
- Maintain a record of the report and the actions taken.
The Company endeavors to review trademark infringement reports within ten (10) business days of receipt.
6. Creator Response
If your content has been reported for trademark infringement, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond. Your response should include:
- An explanation of why you believe your content does not infringe the reported trademark;
- Any evidence supporting your position, including authorization from the trademark owner (if applicable);
- Your contact information.
Responses should be sent to legal@blizzmarkets.com within seven (7) business days of receiving notice. If no response is received within this period, the Company may take action based on the information available.
7. Repeat Violations
Users who repeatedly create content that infringes third-party trademarks may face escalating consequences, including:
- Warning and mandatory removal of infringing content;
- Temporary restriction of the ability to create new tokens or markets;
- Permanent suspension of access to the Platform;
- Blocking of associated wallet addresses.
The Company reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate to protect the intellectual property rights of third parties and maintain the integrity of the Platform.
